DeepBot Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms ‍By accessing or using DeepBot® or DeepBot PRO®, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. ‍2. Risks of Virtual Asset Trading ‍2.1 Trading and holding cryptocurrencies and other virtual assets is highly volatile and risky. Prices may fluctuate rapidly due to regulatory changes, market manipulation, technical failures, or other external factors. 2.2 DeepBot® provides tools, automation, and insights to assist with trading but does not guarantee profitability, performance, or success. 2.3 You acknowledge that all trading decisions are made at your own risk and that DeepBot® (Krypt0x Ltd) are not responsible for any losses, whether caused by missed trades, software errors, or unforeseen market events. 2.4 You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose. ‍3. Service Availability & Technology ‍3.1 DeepBot® connects to decentralised blockchain networks. These technologies are outside the control of Krypt0x Ltd and may be subject to failures, forks, attacks, or instability. 3.2 We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Interruptions, delays, or errors may occur. 3.3 You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet, private keys, and access credentials. DeepBot® cannot restore lost keys or refund lost assets. ‍4. Eligibility & Compliance ‍4.1 Use of the Services is only permitted where lawful. You confirm that you are legally eligible to trade in your jurisdiction. 4.2 Users are solely responsible for reporting, declaring, and paying any taxes arising from their trading activities or earnings through DeepBot®. Krypt0x Ltd does not provide tax advice and cannot be relied upon for any tax calculations or reporting. 4.3 DeepBot® may require KYC/AML verification or restrict access where legally necessary. ‍5. Fees ‍5.1 Services may be subject to platform fees, gas fees, commissions, or subscription charges. 5.2 Fees are generally non-refundable and may change at any time. ‍ ‍6. Rewards, NFTs & Benefits ‍6.1 DeepBot® reserves the right to modify, update, or remove any benefits, rewards, or exclusive features associated with its NFTs and rewards programs at any time without prior notice. 6.2 Adjustments may be required due to market conditions, platform changes, or sustainability needs. Where possible, holders will be notified of significant changes in advance. 6.3 By participating, holders acknowledge that benefits are subject to change and agree that adjustments may be made in the best interest of the platform and its community. 6.4 All figures, estimates, or projections published by DeepBot® are illustrative only. Actual results may differ materially. ‍7. Indemnification ‍You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Krypt0x Ltd, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or any violation of law. ‍8. Limitation of Liability ‍8.1 Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, with no warranties of any kind. 8.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krypt0x Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data. 8.3 Liability shall in all cases be capped at the total fees paid by you to DeepBot® in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim. ‍9. Governing Law & Disputes ‍9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (RAK, UAE) and are applicable globally. 9.2 Disputes that cannot be resolved within 30 days will be referred to binding arbitration in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, in English, under applicable arbitration rules. 9.3 Class actions, collective proceedings, and representative actions are expressly waived. Claims must be brought individually. ‍ ‍10. Data & Privacy ‍10.1 DeepBot® may collect and process user information as described in its Privacy Policy Privacy Policy 10.2 You agree to provide accurate information and maintain confidentiality of your wallet and access credentials. ‍11. Termination ‍Krypt0x Ltd may suspend or terminate access to Services at its discretion, including in cases of breach, unlawful activity, or platform risks. ‍12. Miscellaneous ‍12.1 No Waiver – Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our rights. 12.2 Severability – Invalid provisions will not affect enforceability of the remainder. 12.3 Entire Agreement – These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Krypt0x Ltd. 12.4 Assignment – You may not assign rights; Krypt0x Ltd may assign without restriction. 12.5 Force Majeure – We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including government action, cyberattacks, system failures, or acts of God. ‍13. Trademarks & Ownership ‍DeepBot® and DeepBot.PRO® are registered trademarks of Krypt0x Ltd, RAK, UAE. All intellectual property related to DeepBot® remains the exclusive property of Krypt0x Ltd. ‍By accessing and using DeepBot®, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
